New Investment Round Opened

Sep 10, 2021

Canine Biologics has begun a new round of fundraising via the Crowdfunding platform, Netcapital. Funds raised during this round will provide for expanded marketing efforts, new product development, foreign market entry and ongoing operations.

Jeff Sutherland, Founder and CEO of Canine Biologics noted, "The additional capital provided in this round will allow us to serve even more veterinarians, pet parents and most importantly, more dogs battling cancer. Though we are now being recommended by many oncologists, internists and GPs, we want to go well beyond our current 28 state footprint. And our roadmap calls for the development of some truly innovative products such as a liquid diet for dogs requiring tube feeding, treats that complement our Integrated Nutrition System and additional supplements that support dogs with different types of cancer."

Mr. Sutherland continues, "Investors may participate in this round for as little as $100. That is one of the advantages of using a Crowdfunding platform. Though a passion for dogs will motivate many investors in this round, others will see that Canine Biologics could provide a significant return. We have joined an industry that Morgan Stanley projects to have 8% annual growth in the US from $110 billion in 2021 to $275 billion by 2030."
